You will gain in-depth knowledge, hands-on experience in supply chain strategy and sustainability; how to analyze and design effective supply chain operations; how to use data models and software to solve problems and inform decisions; the role of warehousing in modern supply chains; procurement strategy; inventory; operations management; freight transport and project management.

This course covers the fundamentals of logistics and supply chain management so that the student understands the basic goals and objectives of designing, planning and controlling efficient and effective logistics systems in supply chains. It also includes coverage of information technology, the impact of manufacturing and product structures on logistics and supply chain systems, and the environment. This introductory course in logistics and supply chain management is specially designed with the student in mind.

This Master Diploma is an extension of the diploma course which provides detailed roadmaps and models to diagnose, implement and sustain world-class supply chain network management in organizations of all types. Master Diploma provides a practical industry-based internship to students for understanding all the stages of steering supply chain networks to successfully compete in highly competitive markets. It covers the specializations for the study of several strategies and practices that allows students to understand the future challenges of managing supply chain networks in fluid and complex environments. The course will have 6 months of theory, 3 months internship and 3 months specialization.
