A. Regarding Website:

1. Vatitude Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is the sole and exclusive owner of the Vatitude trademark and logo related to it. You are not authorized to use Vatitude trademarks in any manner without Vatitude’s prior written permission.
2. The purpose of this Website is to showcase Vatitude’s work, services, and expertise to potential clients who are seeking innovative and effective creative solutions to their branding and marketing challenges.
3. All the content on this Website is protected by the copyright laws. Images, text, animations, audio & video files, concepts, ideas, design elements and other materials on the Website are protected by copyright laws and covered by other restrictions as well.
4. Vatitude retains all rights it holds including copyright, in the images, text, audio, video and any other information contained on this website. Copyrights and other proprietary rights in the material on the Website may also subsist in individuals and entities other than, and in addition to, Vatitude. Vatitude expressly prohibits the copying of any materials from the Website.
5. The case studies displayed on this website are the work done by Vatitude for its Clients. The respective Clients hold all the IP rights related to the concerned work done by Vatitude.
6. The names, titles, trademarks, and logos of third parties on the Website from time to time are registered and unregistered marks of the third parties; you are not suppose to use these trademarks without prior, written permission of their respective owners. Nothing on the Website grants, expressly or implicitly, any right or license to use the Vatitude trademarks or may be construed to mean that Vatitude has the authority to grant any right or license on behalf of any third party.
7. Visitors to this Website are granted to access the Website’s content for informational purposes only. Any unauthorized use of the content, including but not limited to, copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or display, is strictly prohibited and may result in strict legal actions.

B. Regarding Deliverables/Works:

1. All Intellectual Property Rights and Copyrights, in the Deliverables/Works designed, created and produced by Vatitude for its Clients, or any other purpose shall be exclusively owned by Vatitude.
2. Vatitude assigns and transfers to the Client all ownership and intellectual property rights of the concerned Deliverables/Works created and produced for that Client, upon receipt of full payment for the services rendered. Vatitude retains the right to use the Works as part of its portfolio, exhibition, or on website, social media for showcase purposes.
3. The Client is granted an exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, publish, and reproduce such concerned Deliverables created and produced by Vatitude for commercial purposes. Such license shall not be granted until and unless the Client makes the complete payment to Vatitude for the concerned Deliverables as agreed and stated in the Proforma Invoice/Estimate.
4. Once the financial transactions have been fully completed, Vatitude shares the final artworks for the relevant Deliverables to the Client for commercial use. Such concerned Deliverables will legally belong to the Client.
5. Vatitude shall be entitled to include Client’s name and the Deliverables done for the Client in the works showcase, testimonials, and other promotion material. The Parties will cooperate regarding public relations activities, including public announcements, joint press releases, and other activities as mutually discussed and agreed.
   
   

C. Regarding Creative Ideas or Design Options presented during the process of work:

1. The ideas, concepts, creative expressions, or the design options presented by Vatitude during the process of work to the Client shall remain the sole property of Vatitude. The Clients agree not to disclose any of such ideas, concepts, creative expressions, or design options to any third party without the prior written consent of Vatitude nor can use them for any commercial purposes or business gains. No kind of plagiarism is permitted. To be precise, the clients cannot use the ideas or design options presented by Vatitude unless specifically paid for.
2. It is important that the agency-client meetings exclusively involve the Client and Vatitude core teams. The ideas that are discussed or proposed should be restricted to the meeting room or within the team members until they are executed and paid off.
